Mike joined Foresite Capital in 2013 and is responsible for overall financial and accounting operations, audit, tax and investor reporting for all Foresite Capital entities. Mike brings more than 25 years of experience with fund sponsors in the venture capital, venture debt and equipment leasing industries.
Prior to joining Foresite Capital, Mike was the controller for Lighthouse Capital, a venture capital firm specializing in venture debt. Prior to that Mike was the assistant controller for QuantumShift Communications and partnership controller for Phoenix Leasing.
Mike holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from San Francisco State University, and is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the State of California.
