Stella joined Foresite Capital in 2025. She brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Foresite Capital, Stella was a Partner at LightBay Capital, a middle-market private equity firm, and served as CFO, CCO, and Head of Business Operations, with responsibilities including accounting and finance, compliance, information technology, and human resources. Previously, she was a Senior Vice President in the Business Management Group at Moelis & Company, a global investment bank, where she oversaw operations, recruiting, and talent development for the Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, and San Francisco offices. She was also responsible for developing a number of Moelis & Company’s business processes. Prior to joining Moelis & Company, Stella was a Director in the Business Management Group and an Associate Director in the Investment Banking Division at UBS Investment Bank. She started her career in the Financial Advisory Services Group at PriceWaterhouseCoopers. Stella graduated cum laude from Claremont McKenna College, where she earned a BA in Economics-Accounting. She also holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
